1. Q: Can I put my own pattern, label or logo on the products?A: Yes, Customized request is welcome. You can send pattern, label or logo design to us and we can design for you according to the request.But you will need to meet our MOQ.
2. Q: How can I get samples and How long will it takes?
A: We usually don't offer the free samples, the charge is depend on the design. The sample fee will be refunded once you place the order. Sample time is about 5-7 working days, depending on the materials and workshop situation.
3. Q: Can I order samples first and then place the bulk order?
A: Yes, we understand that customers want samples firstly, and then need a sales period to collect orders from their customers. This is not a problem, of course, you can order samples to check the quality first. However, we will ask the customer for a small deposit of the bulk order.
4. Q: How do I pay for my purchase order?
A: Normally T/T and Paypal are offered.
5. Q: How about shipment?
